Coaches, don't forget to check the coaches' folder in the concession stand frequently for information.
SCHEDULING PRACTICE FIELDS
Please call Jennifer Lukenbill at 684-3573 to schedule practice field locations. Once games have begun only the backstop area will be available for practice during regularly scheduled game times. Jones and Liter Fields may be reserved for weekends or when games are not being played.
UMPIRE CHECKS
Umpire checks may be picked up from the concession stand workers during regularly scheduled games. Treasurer Traci Cliffman will have the weekly checks at the ball field on Tuesdays.
THANKS FOR A GREAT START TO THE 2010 SEASON
The NYRB Board would like to extend a special "thanks" to each of you for stepping up and being coaches for the 2010 season. Coaches, don't forget to appoint someone as your "TC" (Team Coordinator). They can handle all the paperwork between parents and the board and you can actually just COACH your team!!! What a concept!!!!
2010 NYRB CONCESSION STAND SCHEDULE
CONCESSION STAND SCHEDULE
Your team will need to provide three adults to work the above noted times. Children under the age of 14 will not be allowed in the concession stand. This includes the children of the parents working. They will need to arrive 15 minutes early and if scheduled for the last game of the night, stay until games and clean up are complete. If your parents would rather hire someone to work your teams assigned hours, please contact Traci Cliffman at 448-4663 to set up the hiring of high school students. This option will cost your team $20.00 per two hour shift or $40.00 for an entire evening. Payment must be made in advance. Failure to provide coverage for concession stand duty will result in your team forfeiting their next game.
